The Costa Blanca

Premier Dream Homes operates in the Northern Costa Blanca area. The Northern Costa Blanca, where the mountains meet the sea, offers some of the most breathtaking scenery in the whole of Spain. The area is full of lush vegetation with citrus, almond and olive groves growing in abundance. There are white sandy beaches and rocky-pebbled coves lapped by the waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Inland there are spectacular mountain ranges and equally spectacular valleys. The region is shielded from the colder winter winds of the interior by these mountain ranges. Because of these attributes the area is acknowledged by the World Health Authority as one of the healthiest areas in the world to live today!

Javea's setting is truly breathtaking. It sits between two capes, the Cabo de la Nao and Cabo de San Antonio and backed by the impressive Mount Montgo. The present resort has grown out of the old village and now combines the traditional side of Spanish life with the more cosmopolitan marina, where you'll find promenades lined with cafés and restaurants. There are plenty of watersports on offer here on and around the large sandy beach and small shingle-beach coves.

Denia is dominated by a historic castle, from where a network of narrow streets opens out onto a palm-fringed promenade and a golden swathe of beach, curving for several kilometres around to the rocky point of San Antonio. In the port of Denia to the south of the town, the waterside is characterised by three distinctly sections. There is a fishing harbour, a marina and a commercial port. In the latter you will find both sailing and day cruises on offer as well as numerous watersports. With the excellent Las Marinas beach to the north and Les Rotes to the south, the town is an ideal location for both sun-seekers and historians."

Moraira is a pretty little town, not far from Javea. It is still based around the cobbled square and its numerous restaurants, bars and shops. There are also larger, newly built plazas offering a wider range to visitors. One of the most striking features here are the dazzling white cliffs and dramatic headlands that rise from the small bays and coves below.

Calpe is nestled next to the cool blue waters of the Mediterranean and surrounded by pristine sandy beaches; it is a modern holiday resort which has not lost its charm of being a quiet fishing village. The area’s vibrant seaside promenade is home to many local restaurants and bars, while those looking to immerse themselves in Calpe’s rich history can visit the ancient town centre, the Iglesia Vieja church and the ruins of a Roman villa. Also not to be missed is a trip to the imposing rock of Ifach which towers above the landscape.
